Meet this Mysore Man who makes natural ice-creams

According to thebetterindia.com report, Ajay Nesargi from Mysore started Just Gelato, a company that makes natural ice-creams with no additives, artificial flavours, colours or chemicals after giving up his job in the UK as a techie.

Ajay Nesaragi of Just Gelato from Mysore claims that his strawberry gelato has nothing but strawberries; no sugar, milk or any other additives.

"I am now keen on educating the public on the rampant use of chemicals in the food industry and in my own little way bringing a change in the Icecream industry", he says in his LinkedIn profile.

According to him, most ice creams (and other edibles available commercially) are made from artificial sweetener E471, which is banned in the USA and Europe.

He opened his first store in Mysuru in 2007. Today, he has three outlets in Mysuru, is a favoured consultant for some niche hotels in Bengaluru, and is planning two more outlets in Pune and Mumbai with top loading ice-cream makers imported from Italy!
